Local Delivery Guidelines

To qualify for local delivery, you need to live within a 30Km radius of our base in East Clare. Just type in your eircode into the orange box in the local delivery section to see if you are within this area.

Deliveries are each Friday.

Order deadline each week is Wednesday. If you order after this day, your products will be delivered Friday of the following week.

We operate on a returnable jar & bottle system. When making a purchase, there will be two options to choose from; 'With Jar Return' and 'Without Jar Return'.

If you are returning a jar, you receive discount of €1 on your purchase. It is very important that you please do your best to return the jars. We have a limited number of these jars, and they are very hard to source.

There is no charge for delivery.

When returning a jar, please make sure they are clean and the lid is loose/not screwed tight, to allow for ventilation in the jar and prevent mould.

If you are not at home at time of delivery, we will leave your purchase on the doorstep unless otherwise instructed. Your products should be refrigerated at your earliest convenience, but will be fine for a time outside of the fridge.
