Shipping Policy

 

You will be notified as soon as your order is dispatched. We generally dispatch orders on Mondays and Wednesdays.

​Currently we only offer shipping within the Republic of Ireland.

Shipping is a flat rate of €6.

​Free shipping over €150.

All orders are packed with premium packing materials and go straight from the fridge into the packaging to be delivered to you the following day. However, accidents do happen, so if you're not happy with the condition of your goods when they arrive, contact us and we'll do our best to put it right.

Please remember our fermented products are unpasteurised, and alive. This means they will continue to ferment in the jar, especially when out of the fridge. You may experience some bubbling, fizzing, or pressure in the jar which may cause the jar to leak, although we do our best to avoid this. This does not affect the product in any way. Just rinse/wipe clean and return to the fridge.
