Our kimchi is citrusy, sweet, tart, spicy and bursting with flavour. It can compliment or add life to almost any dish. Made with local and organic ingredients wherever possible, our kimchi is vegan, raw, gluten free and loaded with beneficial gut friendly bacteria.
 
 
**We do our best to ensure that your products arrive to you sleepy and chilled. However, from time to time they may get a bit excited and be bubbly/fizzy when they arrive at your door. While this may be slightly messy and inconvenient, they are perfectly fine and safe to eat, they’re just doing their fermentation thing. Just release the air from the container and put them straight into the fridge.
