Our Purple sauerkraut is stunningly vibrant and subtly delicious. This is one of the milder and more traditional flavours in our range. It’s fresh, crunchy texture and classic sauerkraut tang will complement many dishes. Delicious as a side, in a salad or burger, in sushi, and even on pizza!
 
 
**We do our best to ensure that your products arrive to you sleepy and chilled. However, from time to time they may get a bit excited and be bubbly/fizzy when they arrive at your door. While this may be slightly messy and inconvenient, they are perfectly fine and safe to eat, they’re just doing their fermentation thing. Just release the air from the container and put them straight into the fridge.
