Turmeric and garlic have long been studied for their anti-inflammatory properties. Great in sandwiches, wraps, on crackers with cheese, in a curry or sushi, or just as a side.
 
 
**We do our best to ensure that your products arrive to you sleepy and chilled. However, from time to time they may get a bit excited and be bubbly/fizzy when they arrive at your door. While this may be slightly messy and inconvenient, they are perfectly fine and safe to eat, they’re just doing their fermentation thing. Just release the air from the container and put them straight into the fridge.
